Our Company
Founded in 1999 by Kelly and Dennis Trombino, Trombino Pension
Administrators, Inc. is a third party pension administration firm,
specializing in qualified retirement plan compliance. Our
professional, courteous staff can help you design a retirement plan
that meets your business needs and your employees’ needs, maintain
compliance with retirement regulations, ensure that your plan
documentation is current, and properly report plan information to
the appropriate government agencies.
Our Principals
Dennis Trombino, ERPA, CPC, APA, QPA, QKA, President, is enrolled to practice before the Internal Revenue Service as an Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent. Dennis also holds Certified Pension Consultant (CPC), Qualified Plan Administrator (QPA), and Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designations with the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries, as well as an Accredited Pension Administrator (APA) designation with the National Institute of Pension Administrators. Dennis was a long-time member of the board of directors of the San Diego County Chapter of the National Institute of Pension Administrators, and was a founding member and past president of that organization.
Kelly Trombino, APA, Vice President, is an Accredited Pension Administrator (APA) with the National Institute of Pension Administrators. Kelly has been working in the retirement industry since 1983 and is a former member of the board of directors and Officer of the San Diego County Chapter of the National Institute of Pension Administrators.
